Cycleton COVID-19 Statement

We hope that you are all staying safe and healthy. We want to thank you for supporting us during this time and following our guidelines in order to protect all of us. We wanted to give you an update. We are sticking with our hours of 10AM-6PM, Tuesday-Saturday and adhering to our policy of letting only a few in at a time. We have set in to play a "no browsing" policy, as well. We are asking that you have a good idea of what you are looking for before you come to the shop. This helps us to efficiently get people in and out in a timely manner. Feel free to give us a call and discuss what you are looking for prior to coming by. We are happy to take payments by phone and bring your item(s) out to you curbside. We know everyone is out on bikes right now, which is great! We are doing our best to help by remaining open, doing repairs and selling bikes and equipment. We ask that you help us to maintain our safety standards to keep us open and get your needs taken care of. Thanks!~The Cycleton Crew

Here at Cycleton, we have a strong value for our customers and our fellow employees. We have decided at this point to stay open and maintain semi-normal business hours. Tuesday-Saturday 10AM-6PM.

While we are remaining open, we have made some guidelines that we are following in order to do our part in preventing the spread of COVID-19.

1. We are letting only 1-2 groups of customers into the shop at a time, depending on the size of the group. If our customer limit is exceeded, we will ask you to wait

outside until we've completed their transactions.


2. We are working on a very small staff, currently, so we are limiting service to a few appointments a day. We are asking that you give us a call prior to stopping by so that we can know what to expect and let you know what we are able to do. We are still trying to knock-out quick fixes the same day, however, we may have to schedule you for the next day, if necessary. Larger scale service such as full tunes, full-suspension work, etc., will have to be scheduled out for our soonest availability. 


3. Sales are more than welcome, however, we kindly ask that you have an idea of what you're looking for prior to coming in. This will help us to get you taken care of quickly and efficiently so we can serve the next customer in the same manner.  If you are shopping for bikes, accessories, or equipment, visit and you can check out their full line-up. It may help you to be better prepared when you come in. If you have questions, you are more than welcome to give us a call as well to make sure we have your item in stock. 

We are glad we are able to stay open and serve the bicycle needs for you guys! All we ask is for you to work with us in keeping each other safe and healthy!
